Ciphers

Ciphers are scrambled messages. In a cipher, a plain-text message is concealed by replacing the letters according to a pattern.
Codes are substitutions.

Here is two ciphers I have made up. See if you can figure it out.

3----19-2 5-12-21-23-11-7-4-2 12-22 13-24-15-2 G, DLLH.

C----Fkulvwpdv lv pb idyrulwh wlph ri wkh bhdu.

These are similiar to each other and way easier than some of my others.
Have fun.

It might take me a minute but I'm going to do it. I'll be back with the answers, I'm up for a challenge.
